How to choose a vacuum servicing and repairs shop

Not all repair shops are equal. When you are deciding who to trust with your machine, a few things are worth checking:

Reputation. A vacuum repair shop earns its name over years of honest work. Reviews from real customers, and word of mouth from neighbours, tell you more than a flashy advert. Ask around or check independent review sites before you book in.

Price you can understand. The point of repairing rather than replacing is to save money, so the bill needs to make sense. Be cautious of the cheapest quote in town — a fix that lasts a fortnight is no fix at all. We give a clear estimate up front and stick to it.

Technical capacity. There are dozens of brands and hundreds of models out there. The shop you choose should have the right diagnostic tools, the right parts, and engineers who have actually worked on your kind of machine before.

Convenient hours and pickup. A repair shop is no use if you cannot drop your machine off. We offer free local collection and delivery across East Sussex so you do not have to load a vacuum into the car.
